  • Returned merchandise must be unused, unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Items that appear worn, stained or have any odors will not be accepted. 
  • Sale or clearance items are a final sale and cannot be returned. 
  • All online returns must be shipped back to our store within 14 days of when the item was shipped (per tracking #).
  • All damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item (per tracking #)
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information as we are not responsible for for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
